1. You must have our banner up first if you are requesting to be an affiliate.
2. Our banner must be visible on the main page, as yours would be on ours. Not hidden in an affiliates board.
3. Please keep banner sizes 88x31. If they're a little bit over or under it's not a big deal, but close to that.
4. If you are requesting to be a static affiliate, we must also be static on yours.
